Cupping uses gentle suction to decompress soft tissue, increase local blood flow, and release fascial restriction. In practice, Dr. Kim adds 10–20 minutes of cupping to an acupuncture visit, or books it as a focused standalone session for patients whose primary complaint is muscular.
