Typical drive times: about 10 minutes from Safety Harbor and Largo, 12 minutes from Dunedin, 15 minutes from Oldsmar, Pinellas Park, and Clearwater Beach over the Memorial Causeway, 20 minutes from Palm Harbor and Seminole, 25 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, and 35–40 minutes from Tampa via the Courtney Campbell Causeway.
Tampa and beach-side patients usually book mid-morning or mid-afternoon so the causeway traffic isn't part of the appointment.
What a first visit looks like
A first treatment runs 45–60 minutes. It starts with history and exam, then a treatment plan with a stated session count, then the treatment itself — acupuncture at classical points, often with electro-acupuncture, and where appropriate cupping, herbal medicine, or ATP Resonance BioTherapy™.
Most people feel relaxed and slightly tired afterward and drive themselves home. Wear loose clothing that can move above the knee and elbow.
