What can I say about Dr. Kim? There aren’t enough positive words in the dictionary! She had changed my life! Dr. Kim is one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve ever encountered. She listens to what is being said then uses this to apply a customized treatment plan just for you. No detail is too big nor too small. She treats not just what is upsetting your body but works to treat the whole body in a very relaxed but focused manner.

When I first started going to Dr. Kim. I felt like I had nothing to lose after years of crippling back, neck, and torso tension and loss of feeling in my arms that was a direct result of adrenal fatigue that I had experienced 14 years earlier. I suffered silently for many years because I could never explain to any doctor how I was feeling. My blood work always came back normal and doctors always told me I was in great health but I knew I wasn’t. My body had been robbed of its ability to function optimally but I did not know where to turn for help fix it. I had received physical therapy and acupuncture in the past with little results. When I started being treated by Dr. Kim. this time was different. I did my best to explain to Dr. Kim what I was experiencing and she began to work her magic. Within 2 months of weekly treatments, I began to feel better than I had in over 14 years. To whomever is looking for relief from aches and pains, I highly recommend Dr Kim and her staff. She has turning us into pin cushions down to a science. I have diabetic neuropathy in both of my feet. The pins and needles would come and go pretty much all day. It was the worst when I first lay down in bed to sleep. This may not happen so quickly in your case (but you won’t know until you try it) but in my case after the third visit, the pins and needles are pretty much gone, even when going to bed at night.

To be completely honest, I have always thought acupuncture was a bit “hokey”, like how is a little needle gonna help anything. Well… Let me tell you… Dr. Kim has COMPLETELY changed how I feel about acupuncture in the most positive way. I had 3 pinched nerves in my neck and had been going to the chiropractor for months.. went thru the neck stretcher, adjustments, tens units, etc. Although I had some relief, it never lasted long. My very 1st appointment I had more range and motion than I had in many months, it wasn’t a quick fix and it took a few appointments, but my neck is completely healed. Fast forward… I was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago (I am 1 year cancer-free currently ?) but going through chemotherapy I have developed neuropathy in my feet and a couple of other issues I developed from the effects of chemo. I had Dr. Kim’s number in my phone and reached out to her for her opinion, we met to go over my concerns and made a “game plan” and I have started back with her to move forward in resolving my issues via acupuncture. She’s a Needle Ninja.. you won’t know most times when she is putting the needles in you.
