“When I first started going to Dr. Kim. I felt like I had nothing to lose after years of crippling back, neck, and torso tension and loss of feeling in my arms that was a direct result of adrenal fatigue that I had experienced 14 years earlier. “I not only saw Dr. Kim Windschauer before, during and after my pregnancy, but she was also very much involved in my delivery process as I had to have a natural, unmedicated, child birth. Prior to getting pregnant, my husband and I saw Dr. Kim with the goal of level setting our bodies and hormones to ensure we were in the best physical state to conceive a baby. We took specific supplements and followed an acupuncture protocol for 3 months prior to trying to get pregnant.

With the help of Dr. Kim we were successful the first time we tried! During the pregnancy, I continued to see Dr. Kim on a weekly basis. She helped me mange my stress through acupuncture and relaxation techniques. Once it was time for my baby to come into this world, she used different techniques to help induce labor. It was these techniques that gave my body the extra push it needed to begin this process. Once I was in labor, Dr. Kim joined me in the hospital and placed needles in my ears that truly helped subside the extreme pain of childbirth.

Dr. Kim went above and beyond during this delivery. She held my hand and talked me through each contraction using her amazing energy work. She was truly my guiding light during a very difficult and painful time. Her energy work is like nothing I had ever experienced. She was able to take me (mentally) away from the excruciating pain I was experiencing through her words and calm demeanor. 7.5 hours after starting labor, I gave birth to my first child. I also attribute this relatively short labor to the acupuncture techniques she performed on me.

Today I am 6 months postpartum and am still seeing Dr. Kim on a weekly basis. After my baby joined me earth side, Dr. Kim used acupuncture to help me rest and recover. She continues to needle points to ensure my milk supply stays strong and my hormones are leveling out appropriately. Her demeanor is always very warm and healing. She is so loving with everything she does and could not provide a better service to her patients. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Kim to anyone that is interested, or looking for an acupuncturist to help them pre, during and post pregnancy. “To be completely honest, I have always thought acupuncture was a bit “hokey”, like how is a little needle gonna help anything.

Well… Let me tell you… Dr. Kim has COMPLETELY changed how I feel about acupuncture in the most positive way.

I had 3 pinched nerves in my neck and had been going to the chiropractor for months.. went thru the neck stretcher, adjustments, tens units, etc.

Although I had some relief, it never lasted long. I have a friend in Ft Lauderdale that her acupuncturist recommended Dr. Kim and asked me to give it a try.

My very 1st appointment I had more range and motion than I had in many months, it wasn’t a quick fix and it took a few appointments, but my neck is completely healed.

Fast forward… I was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago (I am 1 year cancer-free currently ?) but going through chemotherapy I have developed neuropathy in my feet and a couple of other issues I developed from the effects of chemo.
